From 16 to 26 May 2013

Each year the Mille Miglia race passes through the Veneto and enlivens the streets of our region with the roar of the cars of yesteryear. This is a unique opportunity to admire the models from the annals of history and that the master Federico Fellini told about in his masterpiece "Amarcord". One day will be devoted to the passage through the city of Verona, where you can admire the cars in all their splendour.

Already in its eighth year, the festival celebrates the Chiaretto wine cellars of Bardolino. A stimulating and lively event that has become a tradition including musical entertainment, the challenge of the Brotherhoods, the craft market and "investiture" of the ambassadors of Chiaretto wine.

The world's best tenors converge upon Verona to celebrate the centenary of an opera festival that goes beyond music. The scenes of legendary Italian operas are set on the stage of an amphitheatre built in Roman times for the love of entertainment.

From 26 to 27 June 2013

The cultural event was created to commemorate the stay of two well-known actors of the famous film "Gone with the Wind", when they spent a holiday on Lake Garda in the 1950s. An evening ceremony and an exhibition dedicated to the stills taken in those days, some unpublished and others from newspapers of the period, as well as activities related to the theme.

The tradition harks back to the time when Garda was just a small fishing village. Today, this is a place where you can still enjoy the tasty sardines, the signature fish of the lake, served with a glass of wine at the end of the day when the sunset offers a magnificent display of colours. August 15, 2013

On August 15, the town of Garda is enlivened with the colourful banners of the Palio, the classic rowing competition that takes place during the evening, the challenge of specially built fibreglass fishing boats among the eight districts of the city. On the banks of the lake the people cheer on the teams of four rowers who will fight for the strenuous climb to the top step of the podium and earn the honour of guarding the statue of the Virgin Mary until the following year. This is a fantastic festival with fireworks colouring the body of water, the true star of the event.

From 22 to 26 August 2013

An ancient and traditional festival with bell ringing competition, sporting and cultural events with music and dancing. Everyone feasts on the special dish called "anara pien" in the local dialect, known to us as stuffed duck. At the same time, the interregional Lambretta Club has their gathering here.
