We want your stay to be perfect even before departure. Some useful information for a vacation that will remain in your memory for a long time.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations 7 days before arrival, there is no penalty.
For cancellations from 6 to 3 days before arrival: 50% penalty*.
For cancellations 2 days before arrival or no-show: penalty of 100%.
In case of late arrival or early departure, there is no reduction/refund.
Meals not consumed will not be refunded.

*In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained.

Useful information

Dinner on the panoramic terrace of the Bellavista restaurant: reservation required. With half board, the table is reserved in the dining room.
Deluxe gourmet half board: € 30 supplement per day. Guests can dine on the panoramic terrace of the Bellavista restauran and choose between the à la carte menu or the half board menu. Included is a glass of sparkling wine to be enjoyed on your arrival at the bar while contemplating the panorama of Lake Garda.
Methods of payment: cash, check, debit and credit cards. For special offers, cash payment is required, unless otherwise specified.
Soulful is a non-smoking hotel.
Currently, the VAT rate is 10%.
Tourist tax: in addition to the price of the room or apartment, a tourist tax of € 5 per person and day (starting from 14 years) is added.
Madrigale Panoramic, Lifestyle & Soulful Hotel is not a suitable structure for pets.
